Jo asked:

I am currently doing the cambridge diet in a desparate attempt to loose some weight before my wedding, but I’ve been reading about the Acai Berry weight loss combined with the Colon Cleanse which is supposed to speed up weight loss. They’re both natural apparently but I wonder If I can combine them with the Cambridge diet?

Not really sure what I would recommend to you specifically. Its difficult to pick so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out several trials and seeing the results. This is a good website at visit and see if it interests you, I did.

Most importantly, what reason do you feel the need to cleanse your colon? Anything you hear in an infomercial about it improving your health is going to be a lot of junk science. But yes, there are natural products to do it. Most systems use bulk-forming laxatives (much like metamucil).

The Acai pills are a scam and do not have a significant impact on weight loss. You are better to try a regular diet and fitness program.

Jo, Acai berries are a relatively newly discovered berry from South America that has some amazing characteristics. The acai berry is really high in anti-oxidants and really helps people loose weight quickly. There are lots of health advantages to acai berries, but they must be frozen right after harvest to make sure they retain thier maximum potency. One of the most populat brands of acai suppliments is acai berry power 500. Many talk show hosts have done profiles on the health benefits of acai.
