Does anyone know if the weight loss really that drastic? Or is it another one of those things that may help you lose a few extra pounds on an intense diet and hardcore exercise?
Also, I ask this question knowing how to work out and also how to lose weight. The reason I m asking is that the FDA wants to ban it…ussually when they do that to a product, its effective.

    I don’t think it does, it’s more like a detox than a weight loss.
    It’s another load of hype to get people to rush out and buy their product.
    I know everyone says this but the way to lose weight it to eat healthy and exercise. Don’t bother with anything that you think sounds like a fad.

    nope sorry. it helps you lose a few pounds with normal diet/excersize but not a whole lot

    Over time your body can build up excess waste and toxins. Acai flushes those from your system which can leave you a few pounds lighter. But by flushing out your system it helps you to lose more weight. I wouldn’t recommend taking it everyday. I ordered 2 free trials and plan on using it for the rest of the month to help lose a bit more weight.
