I used the supplements but honestly I do not think it matters which kind you use, I just found the supplements easier for me.
I only needed to lose 15lbs but I also coupled these supplements with some diet and exercise. I knew diet and exercise alone would help me but I needed something to help me with my mid afternoon snacking urges..this is where I found the acai berry helped me.
It helped to curbe those mid afternoon urges which meant when I went jogging later that night I wasn’t just jogging to work off that bag of doritios I was actually working off the weight I wanted..
After a couple months I now longer needed the supplements and could manage my weight easier..but as far as which one should you take honestly my opinion is I don’t think it ultimately matters, either would work.
