I signed up for the free trial of the Acai Berry Supplements and now it sends me a new bottle monthly! It’s charging me each time and every time I try to retrace my steps to how I got the free trail, there is no profile option for me to login to to cancel deliveries!! Is there any way I can cancel online and not go through my bank?

Theres really a lot out there. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting cheap and trying out a few different trials and seeing the results. This is a good website at visit and see if it interests you, I did.

I would call the number you ordered from and act like you are a new customer and ask them for the cancellation number in case your don’t like it,before you give them your credit card number when you get it hang up and call the number and see if you can cancel if it does not work call your bank… ASAP

  3. Where’d you buy it from?

Check out them selling it on this site. Maybe you can find a phone number…

Acai berries are a relatively newly discovered berry from South America that has some healthy characteristics. The acai berry is high in anti-oxidants and really helps people loose weight quickly. There are lots of health advantages to acai berries, but they must be frozen right after harvest to make sure they retain thier potency. One of the most populat brands of acai suppliments is acai berry power 500. Lately, many talk show hosts have done profiles on the health benefits of acai.

Hi, I ran into the exact same problem with Acai Berry Supreme (also known as Extreme Acai Berry) and Acai Berry Power 500. They are very shrewd SCAMMERS who know almost all the tricks. Some of these scams are being spread on Yahoo Answers.

With Acai Supreme, I got an extra charge on my credit card along with a phone no. I called them up and threatened them until they canceled the fee. However, then they started sending me bottles without my permission.

I had a similar problem with Acai Power 500. I called up my credit card service line. They advised me to mail the packages back to the companies with a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION notice. Then the credit card company would support my claims and cancel my charges.

When I returned the bottles, I printed part of the link below and put it in my envelope. I said I would contact the Federal Trade Commission.
