Well, it depends on the acai berry product that you use. If the acai berry product is a good one, then you don’t have to change much in your diet because you will be getting an amazing amount of nutrition from the acai berry. Of course if you are eating deep friend hamburgers and lard shakes, you should probably stop eating those while on the acai berry diet :-)

As far as how long it takes to lose weight, it depends on a lot of factors. Acai is an amazing antioxidant, which will help to cleanse your body of free radicals. It is also a good source of fiber, which will help with your digestive system. Some people (depending on the product) can see weight loss in as little as a few weeks. Sometimes it is a little longer. Just know that you should expect to shed pounds in a day, that is not how the human body works. Just make sure that you are exercising as you start this, or any, diet.

it is not a miracle diet fruit, it’s a great anti oxident, and it’s being pushed, just like cranberries once where, another good anti oxident.

btw, monavie and the pills are just mlm products that these guys are trying to sell you. get yourself a juicer and make your own from acai extract or puree. Most drinks are homogenized and lose alot of there potency.
