Acai berry has worked for me and I feel so much more energized nowadays. Because I really wanted to try acai berry, my sister got me this website. I’m really happy with their service.
What’s good about this site is that it tells you exactly what to do. As with all new diet regimes, the following applies:-
1. Motivation is very important – do you really want to lose weight? Do you have a plan – how much weight, by what date?
2. No starvation diets, just make sure you eat healthily. No junk food. Lots of fresh produce (vegetables, fruits). Less meat. Make sure you vary the stuff you eat so that your weight loss will not plateau
3. Important to exercise. I don’t mean extreme exercise. How about dancing to your favorite CD for 1/2 hour each day? What about walking your dog? The important thing is to make sure you get your heart rate up when you exercise.
My understanding is acai berry is a really good diet supplement but I doubt it will work if all you do is eat acai berry and sit and watch TV the whole day with a tub of ice cream.
